App no longer working pixel 3a

After over a year of normal usage, app no longer brings up my groups or login-- just a white screen. Uninstall / reinstall did not fix the problem.

        Audrey try and clear your Team App data and see if that makes a difference..


        Go into your phones settings

        Select Apps

        Scroll down and select Team App

        Clear data.

        Then restart Team App and see of you can log in.

                Apologies for the delay this is not an issue we have seen before. 

                Could you try going into settings into that App settings and 'Clear data'

                and see if that does anything.

                If not can you use the website version of TeamApp. www.teamapp.com 

                In the interim until I can get the techs to take a look.

                    Phil, my issue is the exact same as above. The app loads fast, pulls up the login screen. I use my google account to login and then I get the blank white screen. I have reset all phone settings, deleted the app, restarted the phone, and reinstalled the app 2x. Same results. I use a Samsung note20. I am able to login to the website. As the director of my club, i need this to work asap please.

                        Ive just noticed that we have gone live with a new Android Team App version that has a fix for some social log ins..

                        Could you try one more time to delete and re install.

                            Hi, I thought I would chime in as I have a Pixel 3 which stopped working about 3 months ago.

                            I use the google social login and it ends up like Audrey with a blank screen.

                            I have gone back and used 2 other android phones (Nexus 5, LG Q5) and they all work with the same login.
                            I am using
                            - TeamApp 6.6.6-rc.5 on
                            - Google Pixel 3
                            - Android 11,
                            - System Updated 1-Jan-2021 and
                            - Security Update 5-Jan-2021.

                            I suspect, given you are using a web view that this has stopped working since upgrading to Android 11, which was released on 8-Sep-2020 and probably took a while before I got the update which fits with my memory of the timing of when this stopped working.

                            Happy to help diagnose, as using the web browser version works but would prefer to se the app.

                                John the latest Team App version is 6.6.7 rc3

                                Could you delete the App and install a brand new version from scratch and lets see if 6.6.7 installs. 

                                Lets try that first.. 

                                There is a beta sign up program for Team App on Android in Google Play.. Not sure if you have to sign up to the beta program to get that version. But can you try first and see if that version installs. 

                                Let me know if it fixes anything

                                    I can confirm that uninstalling and reinstalling has picked up version 6.6.7-rc.3 and that has resolved the issue.
                                    It now signs in successfully and works.

                                    P.S. It is quite strange as I had uninstalled and re-installed previously and there were no updates waiting.. but all good now.
