it would be nice to organize our documents with sub folders, visibility of course controlled by access groups.
it would allow us to have some documents eg, legal forms, templates, external correspondence etc accessible to committee members only.
it would also mean that visibility would not need to be set on a per document basis (but leave that feature available)
