Members can enter this information via the App or website. Members will see the availabilities of members who belong in the same Access Groups. They can choose a date (or date range) and select either, 'I am available' or 'I am NOT available'. An administrator can also enter this information directly in the App.

IMPORTANT: Parent/Guardians can enter/edit a Player Profile for any child they are aligned to as a primary guardian.

How to Create

1. Tap Availabilities from the main screen

2. Tap on the + to start

3. Add availabilities details then press 'Create

Note: Members without a smartphone need to be manually entered as a member via Member Managementthen their availabilities can be added by the administrator.
