Availabilities:
Members can enter this information via the app or website. Members will see the availabilities of members who belong in the same Access Groups. They can choose a date range and select either, 'I am available' or 'I am NOT available'. An administrator can also enter this information directly in the app.
IMPORTANT: Parents/Guardians can enter/edit availabilities for any child they are aligned to as a Primary Guardian.
How to Create (availabilities can also be entered via the website) :
1. Tap Availabilities from the main screen.
2. Tap on the + to start.
3. Add availability details then press 'Create'.
Note: Members without a smartphone need to be manually entered as a member via Member Management, then their availabilities can be added by the administrator.
